Direction without the corporate theatre.

Alignment Solutions works alongside owners and leadership teams when growth, complexity and daily pressure have overtaken the way the business operates. The objective is simple: stabilise what matters, build capability and turn decisions into measurable action.

01

Fractional Executive Support

Senior leadership capability embedded into the business without the cost or commitment of another full-time executive.

  • Leadership mentoring and accountability
  • Decision frameworks and priority setting
  • Commercial review and strategic direction
02

Operations & Performance

Observe and understand how the business currently moves—its systems, workflows, strengths and failure points—before aligning improvement around what it genuinely needs.

  • Systems and operational assessment
  • Faster quoting and customer response
  • Clear roles and decision boundaries
  • Sales-to-delivery, margin and capacity control
03

Commercial Marketing Enablement

Keep positioning, sales activity and marketing aligned—then coordinate the specialist capability needed to execute.

  • Brand and offer positioning
  • Marketing structure and consistency
  • Web, social and sales content
  • AI-enabled international creative production

Our difference

Advice must align and connect with reality.

We observe, listen and understand how the business really moves. Recommendations are then tested against cash flow, margin, people, customer impact and the actual capacity of the business to execute.

Owner-operator perspectiveWe understand the weight of decisions when the risk, people and money are yours.
Clear prioritiesWe separate urgent noise from the few actions that materially improve the business.
Practical implementationStrategy becomes roles, systems, measures and a defined next move.
Constructive challengeWe tell you what needs to be heard, then help solve it alongside you.

Commercial direction first. Specialist execution second.

Strategy, positioning and priorities are directed in Australia. When execution requires specialist marketing, digital or AI capability, trusted international collaborators can be coordinated around one commercial objective—without the client building a large internal team.

About the principal

Dieter Herzog (MBA)

An active managing director across multiple businesses, business owner and hands-on operator who understands both the boardroom decision and the work required to make it real.

Dieter brings more than 35 years of experience across vehicle bodybuilding, manufacturing, welding, construction, business leadership and business transformation. His approach combines commercial discipline with practical operational knowledge and a strong understanding of people, leadership and customer expectations.

By working alongside owners, managers and their teams, he observes and understands how the business moves—where it performs well, where it stalls and why. That understanding guides the priorities, develops the next layer of leadership and creates systems the team can actually use.
